I'm a certified, trauma-informed coach and somatic practitioner. 

I help high-achievers recover from burnout and chronic overthinking so that they can be present in their relationships and feel like they’re fully living - in and out of work.

In our 1:1 session we'll use a trauma-informed coaching approach along with somatic work to dive deep into the results of your individual assessment and create your step by step plan.

STEP 1

Complete an integrative, online assessment of your current mood, capacity, skills, and patterns. This typically takes 15-20 minutes. 

STEP 2

After completing your assessment, schedule a session on my calendar.

STEP 3

We hop on a 45-minute Zoom call to hold space, process your results, and go deeper with somatic tools and coaching.
